You are purchasing a hand-built, custom G-Shock watch, not a standard retail item. By completing this purchase, you are entering into an agreement for a custom-made product built to your specifications.

This order will be assembled with the following components as agreed upon prior to purchase:
• Base Model: GA2100
• Dial Color: Black “who cares” 
• Bracelet / Strap: Full Gold Bracelet
• Condition: New, custom assembled using authentic and/or high-quality aftermarket parts.

📸 IMPORTANT: ABOUT THE PRODUCT IMAGES
The main product image is a COMPOSITE MOCK-UP composed of separate photos of the actual components that will be used in your build.

· This is not a photo of the final, assembled watch.
· The final product will be a unique combination of these parts.
· We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations in finish between components may occur.

✅ ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You understand this is a made-to-order, custom product and is therefore exempt from standard return/refund policies.
2. You have reviewed and confirmed the "Your Custom Build Specifications" listed above.
3. You accept the main product image as a visual representation of the components, not the final assembled watch.
4. You agree to the estimated processing time of 10-14 days for assembly and quality check before shipping.

🚫 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of this item:

· All sales are final.
· Returns and refunds are not accepted based on buyer's remorse or a change of mind.
· We only accept returns or offer refunds if the item arrives damaged or if we have made a fundamental error in the build that does not match the agreed-upon specifications. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos.

📦 SHIPPING
Once your custom watch is assembled and passes our quality check, it will be shipped with tracking and signature confirmation required for your security and ours.
