SHIPPING
Every watch is hand-built to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your build before dispatch.
Once dispatched:
Ireland and EU: 2 to 5 business days
UK: 2 to 3 business days
US, Canada, Australia and rest of world: 4 to 6 business days
All orders ship tracked. You will receive tracking by email on dispatch. Shipping is free for Europe and an extra 10 euros worldwide.
RETURNS
You may return an unworn watch within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, email hello@gcsdbn.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, including the Casio box.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item arriving with us.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Watches with custom engraving are made to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. We send a mock-up for your approval before engraving begins.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Every watch is inspected before it ships. If your piece arrives damaged, or develops a fault in the build, email us and we will repair or replace it. All watches are covered by a 12-month craftsmanship guarantee.
